First and Goal!

A new menu rollout or promotion for Hooters (Hootwinc, based in Vista CA) means getting a lot of information out and "down the line" in a timely manner. With JRM's help, they've discovered that video, over memos, emails or manuals, wins the toss for "calling the play," letting the team know "the call" and "executing to score big" with every client walking through the door.
