Waste not, SAVE MUCHO!

Marie Callender's is famous for those pies, but food costs are a primary concern too. When Nick Saba asked JRM to help with a series of training videos for new menu items food prep, two goals were met. First, a new level of consistency in portions, preparation and presentation was achieved. Second, and maybe more importantly, food costs overall took a .5 of a percent drop across the chain, no small chunk of change! Que bueno! Here's a segment of the series which was produced in both english and spanish.
